Property Value Reviews
Property owners in Humboldt County are asked to initiate a review of their property through the filing of an application with the Assessor's Office. If you have evidence that your property is being taxed on a value that is higher than its current market value, contact the Assessor's Office or download the 2013-2014 Informal Assessment Review (Prop 8 review) form. You may sign the form and mail or fax the form back to the Assessor's Office: Fax Number (707) 445-7410.
