• Application for Property Characteristics
  The Application for Property Characteristics for assessor parcels is available for a fee of $14.50. Payment must be received before the information is provided for either pick up, mailing or faxing to the applicant, unless an account has been previously set up by the applicant.
• Owner's Authorization
  To be completed by the owner or authorized signer and presented to the Assessor when an agent is given permission to inspect the assessment records of the owner.
