Recommendation: Surplus the following: diesel engines, loader cab, battery testers, two-ton chain hoists, outboard motors, string trimmers, pole saw, triner scale, overhead door, oil pumps, and miscellaneous chain saw parts, sprockets, and sheet steel.



13. Subject: Adoption of Draft CalTrans Model Disadvantaged Business Enterprise Program for Federally-Funded Transportation Construction Projects

Recommendation: Receive and file document, and provide copy to CalTrans for approval.

Recommendation: Approve transfer from Fish and Game Contingencies.

16. Subject: Incentive Payment Memorandum of Understanding (Anticipated Revenue--$37,440)

Recommendation: Approve memorandum of understanding with Social Security Administration.
