ELECTIONS

1.                   Resolution of the Board of Supervisors of the County of Humboldt approving the application for funds under the Help America Vote Act of 2002.

RECOMMENDATION: That the Board of Supervisors approve the resolution in order that the county may participate in the application for H.A.V.A. funds.
