K.                  BUDGET SESSION

1.                   Proposed County Budget for Fiscal Year 2000-01

RECOMMENDATION: Support enhanced budget request for Sheriff's Citizens on Patrol Program ($14,000); Beaches and Dunes Enforcement ($5,000); Digital Camera ($750); Metal Detector ($900); and converting staff in Budgets 221 (Sheriff) and 274 (Emergency Services) from 37-1/2 to 40-Hour Employees.

2.                   Proposed County Budget for Fiscal Year 2000-01

RECOMMENDATION: Support enhanced request for an additional Administrative Secretary position.
