3.                   Cal-North Lease Extension

RECOMMENDATION: Direct staff to prepare a lease extension through March 12, 2001 of Cal-North's cellular phone antenna and equipment lease on the same terms and conditions which will terminate on December 3, 2001 and authorize the Chair to sign the extension.

4.                   Supplemental Funding for Activities Related to Wholesale Inspection and Retail Monitoring of Shell Egg Quality Rejections and 100 Egg Sampling
