1.                   David Peltier requested that the Board "re-evaluate, streamline, and make workable" the Alternative Owner Builder Program.He stated that inspectors from the Building Department and the Environmental Health Division had not kept their on-site appointments with him.He alleged that the Community Assistance Unit is "acting unconstitutionally and violating rights."He recommended that the Building Department upgrade their technology and acquire document scanners.
