1.                   Brian Elie, John Schmidt, Janet Winterberg, Robert L. Smith, Cassandra Schmidt and Catherine Chavez spoke in opposition to a cellular tower being erected in the vicinity of their residences on Sawmill Road in Garberville.John Murray, County Administrative Officer, requested the speakers to provide him a copy of the tower owner's lease with the property owner in order to determine if the lease must comply with provisions of the Subdivision Map Act.
