B.                  1:30 P.M. HUMAN SERVICES CABINET

1.                   Human Services Cabinet Quarterly Report

RECOMMENDATION: Receive and file the Cabinet's quarterly report, and set aside one hour on October 25, 1999 for the Cabinet's Fourth Quarterly report.

C.                  HEADWATERS MONIES

1.                   Allocation of Headwater Funds

RECOMMENDATION: Appoint Supervisors Woolley and Neely to a Board subcommittee to study options and to make recommendations to the full Board at a future Board meeting (yet to be scheduled).

D.                  ADJOURNMENT

Any written materials related to an item on this agenda submitted to the Board of Supervisors less than 72 hours prior to the Board meeting, and that are public records subject to the Public Records Act, are available for public inspection in the Office of the Clerk of the Board at 825 5th Street, Suite 111, Eureka (476-2384), during normal business hours.
