RECOMMENDATION: Adopt Resolution No. 99-84.

1.                   Donna Daniels encouraged the Board to seek a new Director of Social Services who will adequately address the problem of child protection in our community.Brian Nunn President of the Foster Parents Association spoke about the need for proper care of our children and further urged careful consideration of the new Director of Social Services.Patty Clary invited the Board to attend the rally at noon today regarding the issue of pesticide.Also, supported the hiring of a new employee to enforce the pesticide regulations.
