1.                   Al Gilmore asked for a remembrance of those who lost their lives at Pearl Harbor on December 7, 1941.He also submitted a petition in support of the implementation of Proposition 215, the Compassionate Use Act of 1996.William (declined to give his surname) began his comments by stating, "I do not attack public officials or heads of state."He stated grievances pertaining to his trailer being taken away.He supports the enactment of a rent control ordinance for all of Humboldt County.It was suggested that he bring his personal concerns to the Human Rights Commission.Chris Jensen presented written comments (attached) pertaining to his concerns about temporary buildings at the Clark Complex the cost and broken promises pertaining to the County's acquisition of the residence at 2910 H Street in Eureka for the Healthy Moms Program and the flag not being flown at certain County facilities due to the flag poles being broken.
