RECOMMENDATION: Authorize Mental Health Director, as part of the negotiation of employment agreements with Mental Health Physician/Psychiatrists, to negotiate the employee/employment status; and authorize Chair to sign Employment Agreement with Brenda Lightfoote-Young, M.D. effective January 20, 1997.

24.               Hiring Freeze Exemption for Mental Health Case Manager Position

RECOMMENDATION: Accept the appeal, and allow the four parking lot pole lights in the Non-Building Covenant area.
