RECOMMENDATION: Approve hangar rental agreement; delegate authority to sign such agreements to Public Works Director or his designee; adopt as policy the enforcement of such agreements and authorize County Counsel to initiate unlawful detainer actions against tenants in violation of said agreements and who do not relinquish possession of County property; and adopt as policy that preference be given for rental of available hangars to prospective tenants who wish to store aircraft and conduct aviation-related business that produces revenue for airport.

4.                   Vacation of Portion of Public Service Easement--Sandy Prairie Levee Near South End of 12th Street; Fortuna
