RECOMMENDATION: Direct proposed legislation to authorize the abolishment of the three offices of Marshal within the Humboldt County Municipal Court District.Direct CAO to forward the proposed Marshal-Sheriff Consolidation legislation to the County's Lobbyist Don Peterson to implement necessary legislative process to accomplish proposed change in existing law.Approve interim MOU and direct Marshal and Sheriff to begin immediate merger of their court security services.

6.                   Food Stamps Distribution Agreement with Redwood Community Action Agency

RECOMMENDATION: Amend agreement for a $0.06 increase in rate charged per transaction.
