RECOMMENDATION: Approve transfer.
Court Executive Office
RECOMMENDATION: Approve allocation.
RECOMMENDATION: Reschedule for the meeting of Wednesday, September 3, 1997.
RECOMMENDATION: Approve extension.
RECOMMENDATION: Direct proposed legislation to authorize the abolishment of the three offices of Marshal within the Humboldt County Municipal Court District.† Direct CAO to forward the proposed Marshal-Sheriff Consolidation legislation to the County's Lobbyist Don Peterson to implement necessary legislative process to accomplish proposed change in existing law.† Approve interim MOU and direct Marshal and Sheriff to begin immediate merger of their court security services.
RECOMMENDATION: Amend agreement for a $0.06 increase in rate charged per transaction.

RECOMMENDATION: Authorize Supervisor Dixon as the County's representative to the Eel Russian River Commission to sign the proposed Memorandum of Understanding.

Law Enforcement Cabinet
RECOMMENDATION: Hold public hearing on budget unit/s for the Law Enforcement Cabinet.
