1.                   Bob Martel encouraged the Board to not lose touch with the Forestry Review Committee's recommendations as they pertain to watersheds.Mark Knipper demanded the Board form a citizen's review board for law enforcement.Aldo Bongio spoke in support of gravel and mining operators.
