RECOMMENDATION: Adopt Resolution 97-108 authorizing staff to apply for cleanup grant and to enter into agreement for cleanup of South Spit Illegal Disposal Site; and approve reduction of Cummings Road Landfill disposal tipping fee by $10.82/ton for solid waster generated by South Spit cleanup.

10.               Request to Increase Public Health Nutritionist Position to .80 FTE (Judy Sheldon)

RECOMMENDATION: Approve request.

11.               Purchase of Computer System for Domestic Violence Prevention Program
