RECOMMENDATION: Indicate that Timber Harvesting (except in combining "Q" zones such as lower Redway) fall under the auspices of State agencies and residents need to take their concerns to them.Authorize Supervisors Neely and Woolley to draft a letter to the Calif. Department of Forestry and the State Board of Forestry in response to this Board of Supervisors' study sessions held on timber issues in 1997.Said draft letter shall be placed on a future agenda for full consideration by this Board.
