RECOMMENDATION: Send letter of response and refer letter from Mr. Platz to the County Planning Department.

2.                   Budget Request from County Crime Commission Working with Law Enforcement (Supervisor Fulkerson)

RECOMMENDATION: Refer to the 1996-97 budget hearing process.

Employment Training

3.                   Reduction in Vocational Technician Position to .4 Full-Time Equivalent

RECOMMENDATION: Approve request.

4.                   Amendments to Subcontracts with NorCAP and Northcountry Clinic HIV CARE Consortium

RECOMMENDATION: Authorize Chair to sign amendments to subcontracts.
