RECOMMENDATION: Express concerns about long-term impacts to Rep. Riggs and Senators Feinstein and Boxer.

5.                   Ordinance Amending Chapter 1, Division 6, of Title II, of the Humboldt County Code, Related to Humboldt County Correctional Facility Parking

RECOMMENDATION: Introduce ordinance by title, waive first reading, and set for adoption on August 13, 1996.

RECOMMENDATION: Review results of survey conducted by the Citizen's Child Welfare Advisory Board and give direction to the Advisory Board on where they should "focus their energy."

RECOMMENDATION: Continue the public hearing to the meeting of July 23, 1996.
