A. PUBLIC HEARINGS
Administrative Services (CAO)
RECOMMENDATION: Open public hearing on Humboldt County and Special Districts budgets and receive budget overview from County Administrative Officer.
RECOMMENDATION: Direct County Counsel to begin the necessary process to NOT have the scheduled January 1, 1996 pay raise for Board members implemented.
RECOMMENDATION: Hold public hearing on budgets and tentatively approve the proposed budgets by consensus.† See scanned attachment for list of departments.
RECOMMENDATION: Discussion on the CAO recommended deletion of the position of Assistant Auditor-Controller and an Accountant-Auditor II position to the meeting of September 19, 1995.
RECOMMENDATION: This item rescheduled for the meeting of September 19, 1995.
B. SPECIAL PRESENTATIONS
RECOMMENDATION: Adopt resolution of commendation.
