A.                  STUDY SESSION

1.                   Proposed Final County Budget for Fiscal Year 1995-96

RECOMMENDATION: Hold study session on budget units:Risk Manager's Office, Board of Supervisors, Clerk of the Board, County Administrative Office, and Planning and Building Department.

2.                   Board Deliberation on Proposed Fees Update for the Planning and Building Department

RECOMMENDATION: Reopen public hearing on the proposed fees update for Planning and Building Department's budget units (which was closed on July 18, 1995).

3.                   Fees Update for the Planning and Building Department

RECOMMENDATION: Approve the fees update for the Building Inspections Division as recommended by staff.Schedule adoption of the updated fees ordinance for the Board meeting of August 22, 1995.

4.                   Fees Update for the Planning and Building Department

RECOMMENDATION: Approve the fees update for the Planning Division as recommended by staff.Schedule adoption of the updated fees ordinance for the Board meeting of August 22, 1995.

5.                   Proposed Final County Budget for Fiscal Year 1995-96

RECOMMENDATION: Direct there be two evening public hearings on said budget on Thursday, September 14, 1995 and Tuesday, September 19, 1995.

B.                  ADJOURNMENT

Any written materials related to an item on this agenda submitted to the Board of Supervisors less than 72 hours prior to the Board meeting, and that are public records subject to the Public Records Act, are available for public inspection in the Office of the Clerk of the Board at 825 5th Street, Suite 111, Eureka (476-2384), during normal business hours.
