RECOMMENDATION: Transfer $1,500 from Contingency Fund to Professional Services--Audit line item.

RECOMMENDATION: Ratify application submitted to Environmental Protection Agency for the mapping of riparian vegetation along Lower Van Duzen and Eel Rivers required of the gravel operators by Interim Monitoring Program.

24.               Transfer of $90,000 Through Contingency Fund to Cover Unforeseen Expenses in Fiscal Year 1995-96

RECOMMENDATION: Approve transfer from Budget Unit 243 to Budget Unit 221 through Contingency Fund.

25.               Operating/Financial Plan for Controlled Substances from United States Dept. of Agriculture, Forest Service

RECOMMENDATION: Authorize Sheriff to sign and date said plan.

Social Services

26.               1995 Community-Based Family Resource Program Grant Through the Office of Child Abuse Prevention

RECOMMENDATION: Approve application for sending to the California Department of Social Services.

27.               Proposed Fifth Amendment to Family Preservation Agreement with the Humboldt Child Care Council
