RECOMMENDATION: Adopt Ordinance No. 2126 relating to Humboldt County Correctional Facility parking.

2.                   Rural Business Enterprise Grant Application for Larabee Valley/Buck Mountain

RECOMMENDATION: Ratify application to provide telephone service to the Larabee Valley/Buck Mountain area.

Administrative Services

3.                   Amendment to Agreement for Architectural Services with Holmes-Biord Architects for a New Court Facility

RECOMMENDATION: Reschedule for the meeting of August 27, 1996 (tentative date).

4.                   Bid for Telephone System for New Mental Health Children, Youth and Family Services Facility

RECOMMENDATION: Solicit telephone system bids for said facility, and approve accelerated bid response procedure.
