Personnel

1.                   Amendment to Compensation Plans for Management and Confidential Employees and Elected and Appointed officials for Fiscal Years 2008-2009, 2009-2010, and 2010-2011.

RECOMMENDATION: That the Board of Supervisors adopt Resolution No. ____ approving the Amendment to the Compensation Plans for Management and Confidential Employees and Elected and Appointed Officials for fiscal years 2008-2009, 2009-2010, and 2010-2011; and approve the revised class description and job title for Administrative Support Manager to the Board of Supervisors/Clerk of the Board (salary range 426, class 0102).

1.                   Pursuant to Government Code Section 54957.6, Review the County's Position and Instruct Designated Representatives with Respect to the Various Forms of Compensation Provided to the County's Represented and Unrepresented Personnel. Negotiator: Personnel Director, Rick Haeg

RECOMMENDATION: 

D.                  PUBLIC HEARINGS – 10:00 A.M.

Community Development Services - 10:00 a.m.

1.                   Continued Public Hearing on the Adoption of the 2009 Update to the Housing Element of the County's General Plan.

RECOMMENDATION: Open the public hearing receive a staff report and supplemental materials, including responses to items requested by the Board, and the Final Supplemental EIR, accept public testimony, identify and begin deliberations on the major issues, and continue the item to the meeting of August 25, 2009.
