RECOMMENDATION: Further explore concept of developing an assistance center based on stated goals of submitted report, the Humboldt County Homeless Strategy Matrix and the Indiana Center; explore the siting of a center; prepare an economic and cost analysis of providing services; determine which services must be provided first and which services could be added at a later date.See scanned agenda item for more details.

RECOMMENDATION: Make finding of public nuisance and order owners to abate said nuisance.
