1.                   Linda Nellist, Director of the County Office of Emergency Services stated the Small Business Administration is offering low-interest disaster loans to victims of the high winds, heavy rains, and flooding which occurred from December 11, 1995 through January 1, 1996.She also reported on storm damage totals as of February 13, 1996.Richard Dorn of the Humboldt County Board of Realtors introduced the Board's Political Coordinator, Debra Price.
