RECOMMENDATION: Submit updated Codes to the Elections Department for filing.

Administrative Services

2.                   Termination of Month-to-Month Agreement for Airport Gift Shop with Richard and Debby Paccella

RECOMMENDATION: Approve termination and execute month-to-month agreement with the Murphys and Klinges.

3.                   Assignment of Lease for the Silver Lining Restaurant at the Arcata-Eureka Airport

RECOMMENDATION: Consent and sign the assignment of lease from the Paccellas to the Murphys and the Klinges.

4.                   Amendment to Lease Dated January 1, 1987 with Northern Aviation Inc. d.b.a. Northern Air Murray Field

RECOMMENDATION: Authorize and approve amendment with Northern Air by a 4/5 vote.

5.                   Updated Conflict of Interest Codes for the Administrative Services Department

RECOMMENDATION: Submit updated Codes to the Elections Department for filing.

RECOMMENDATION: Approve agreement for petroleum property appraisal services for 1996, 1997 and 1998.

County Counsel

6.                   Providing County Counsel Services to North Coast Emergency Medical Services (NCEMS)

RECOMMENDATION: Authorize County Counsel to enter into an agreement with NCEMS to provide legal services to NCEMS on the terms set forth in the submitted staff report.

RECOMMENDATION: Send letter to California Dept. of Fish and Game requesting moratorium on speed limit issue until further public input is gathered.
