3.                   Golden Gate Drive Storm Damage Site

RECOMMENDATION: Authorize Chair to sign letter to LT. Colonel Michael Walsh, District Engineer, U.S. Army Corps of Engineers, requesting him to assist the County in obtaining a Section 404 permit for repair of Golden Gate Drive.

4.                   Ordinance Amending Various Sections of Chapter 1 of Title IV of County Code Various Stop Intersections

RECOMMENDATION: Introduce by title, waive first reading and set for adoption at least one week away.

Agriculture

5.                   Amending Section 541-38 of Title V of Division 4 of Humboldt County Code--Dog License Fee Exemption

RECOMMENDATION: Introduce ordinance by title, waive first reading and set for adoption at least one week away.
