RECOMMENDATION: Award contract to Wahlund Construction Company and adopt supplemental budget of $36,000.

3.                   Community Based Punishment Options Planning Grant

RECOMMENDATION: Authorize Sheriff Lewis to submit a grant application to the California Board of Corrections for the purpose of obtaining funding for a Community Based Punishment options planning; adopt Resolution designating the Chief Correctional Administrator and members of the Community Based Planning committee; authorize County Staff to prepare and distribute a request for proposal for a Criminal Justice consultant that would be selected upon the successful award of grant funding and encourage County staff to cooperate fully in the overall planning process and adopt Resolution No. 95-102.

RECOMMENDATION: Find the conditions of the property of the subject premises constitute a public nuisance and order the property owner to abate said nuisance.
