1.                   Bill O'Neill provided a chronology on the events that took place regarding his submitting a draft SMARA ordinance to the State Mining and Geology Board.Tom Dinsmore requested that members of the Citizens' Advisory Committee for the Surface Mining and Reclamation Program be informed when gravel matters are placed on the Board's agenda.

1.                   Sealed Proposals on Construction and Lease of a Twenty-Foot Extension on Existing Three-Legged Tower on the Roof of the County Courthouse and a Seven by Sixteen Foot Area in the Penthouse Communications Room

RECOMMENDATION: Refer proposal from Cal-One Cellular to County Counsel for developing a resolution of acceptance and lease.
