1.                   Robert Vaughn requested that space be allocated in a County building such as the existing County Library in the Courthouse for non-profit groups to provide services to the homeless and transients.

1.                   Ordinance Adding Section 316-23 to Chapter 6, Division 1, Title III of the Humboldt County Code--Parkland Dedication Standards and Fees

RECOMMENDATION: Introduce subject ordinance by title, waive first reading and set for adoption on June 27, 1995.

2.                   Adoption of Implementing Qualified (Q) Zone Ordinance for the Eureka Community Plan

RECOMMENDATION: Adopt Ordinance No. 2078.

3.                   Preliminary Draft of Countrywide Integrated Waste Management Plan

RECOMMENDATION: Approve draft, and accept CEQA Initial Study and Negative Declaration.
