RECOMMENDATION: Adopt Ordinance No. 2074 effective immediately.

3.                   Arcata-Eureka Airport Storm Drain Damage Repair--Supplemental Budget of $80,000

RECOMMENDATION: Authorize negotiation of emergency force account contract with Petersen construction due to emergency nature to install rock fill; and adopt said budget.

Superior/Municipal Court

4.                   Establishment of a Drug Court in Humboldt County

RECOMMENDATION: Approve federal grant application.

Administrative Office (CAO)

5.                   Planning Division Work Program and Recommended Priorities for Fiscal Year 95-96

RECOMMENDATION: Direct CAO to bring back recommendations for 1995-96 Work Program for review by the Board during the Budget Study Sessions in July 1995.

1.                   Howard Rien invited the Board to attend the dedication of the Avenue of the Flags on Memorial Day at 10:00 a.m. at Ocean View Cemetery.Patty Ohman, a child care worker gave a wrap-up report on the Worthy Wage Project.
