A.                  SCHEDULED MATTERS

1.                   Public Hearing on Proposed Final County Budget for Fiscal Year 1994-95

RECOMMENDATION: Open the public hearing on Humboldt County and Special Districts budgets for which the Board sits as the Governing Board of Directors; receive budget overview from the County Administrative Officer; receive public testimony; receive the proposed budget for the following budget units.(See scanned agenda for units.)Continue the public hearings to Tuesday, August 23, 1994 at 9:15 a.m.

2.                   Approval of Creation of a Community Assistance Unit Within County Counsel's Office

RECOMMENDATION: Withdrawn from the agenda (to be rescheduled during week of August 29, 1994).
