A.                  SCHEDULED MATTER

These matters are routine in nature and are usually approved by a single vote. Prior to the meeting, any member of the public may request any member of the Board to pull a particular item for further discussion.

Planning and Building

1.                   Continued Board Deliberation on the Draft Eureka Community Plan

RECOMMENDATION: Took various actions, and continued deliberation to July 12, 1994 at 1:45 p.m.

B.                  NON-AGENDA ITEMS

County Counsel

1.                   Closed Session Pursuant to Government Code Section 94956.9 to Determine Whether to Commence Litigation (Festival of the Sun)

RECOMMENDATION: No action required.

Administrative Office (CAO)

2.                   Emergency Purchase of Two Computer Terminals with Peripherals for Budget Unit 140 (Elections)

RECOMMENDATION: Approve purchase in the amount of $5,900.

C.                  ADJOURNMENT
