A.                  PUBLIC HEARINGS

Prairie Creek Fish Hatchery

1.                   Public Hearing on Proposed County Budget for Fiscal Year 1993-94--Prairie Creek Fish Hatchery (275)

RECOMMENDATION: Change the name of Budget Unit 275 to Fish and Game Grant Program; allocate $2,500 for said grant program and allocate remaining funds in Budget Unit 275 for retiring debts associated with the closure of the Prairie Creek Fish Hatchery.

Sheriff and Coroner-Public Administrator

2.                   Public Hearing on Proposed County Budget for Fiscal Year 1993-94

RECOMMENDATION: Hold pubic hearing for Sheriff, C.O.S.T., and Coroner-Public Administrator.

Public Health

3.                   Public Hearing on Proposed County Budget for Fiscal Year 1993-94

RECOMMENDATION: Hold public hearing on AIDS Public Health Assistance, Environmental Health, HIV Testing, Tobacco Education, Health Baby Program, WIC and Senior Citizens.

Planning and Building and Risk Management

4.                   Public Hearing on Proposed County Budget for Fiscal Year 1993-94

RECOMMENDATION: Hold public hearing on following budget units: Building Inspections, Planning, Coastal Conservancy, Hazardous Waste, LAFCo and Risk Management.

Public Health

5.                   Public Hearing on Proposed County Budget for Fiscal Year 1993-94

RECOMMENDATION: Hold public hearing on following budget units: CHDP, Perinatal Project, Underground Storage Tank Program, Healthy Moms, Hospital Services, and California Children Services.

B.                  PUBLIC HEARING 7:00 PM

1.                   Public Hearing on Proposed County Budget for Fiscal Year 1993-94 7:00 p.m.

RECOMMENDATION: Receive public testimony and continue the public hearing to July 29, 1993.

C.                  ADJOURNMENT
