1.                   Appeal of Planning Director's Denial of a Permit for a Second Electrical Meter to an Existing Single-Family Dwelling Unit; Case No. PPD-01-94; GENE ARMSTRONG, Appellant; File No. AP 500-091-31; Arcata Area

RECOMMENDATION: Uphold the appeal as conditioned.
