RECOMMENDATION: Waive the hiring freeze and authorize the filling of the regular full-time position of Assistant Assessor.

3.                   Flexible Allocation of Assessment Technician Classification

RECOMMENDATION: Approve changing the class description for Assessment Technician salary range and reallocate the 1.0 FTE Assessment Technician position.

1.                   Chris Arnold, CAO, announced the County had received an Economic Development Block Grant in the amount of $500,000.It was directed that letters of thanks signed by the Chair be sent to those individuals involved in putting together the application for said grant.Rosemary Womack asked about her pending court case.

J.                   ADJOURNMENT
