RECOMMENDATION: Authorize Chair to execute contract amendment in the amount of $150,000.
RECOMMENDATION: Authorize Chair to execute contract amendment in the amount of $155,745.
RECOMMENDATION: Authorize Chair to sign agreement for Fiscal Year 1994-95.
Board of Supervisors
RECOMMENDATION: Adopt commendation for retirement from the Public Works Department.
RECOMMENDATION: Adopt commendation for retirement as Assistant Agricultural Commissioner.
RECOMMENDATION: Appoint Michael Fleschner with term to expire on January 31, 1999.
Clerk of the Board
RECOMMENDATION: Ratify signing of said agreement by Supervisor Neely in November 1994.
RECOMMENDATION: Adopt amended Ordinance No. 2049.
RECOMMENDATION: Authorize Chair to execute lease agreements.
RECOMMENDATION: Authorize Chair to sign contract with Humboldt Child Care Council.
RECOMMENDATION: Approve extension.

RECOMMENDATION: Accept donation of 13.829% ownership in the Alex Brizard survey maps.
RECOMMENDATION: Adopt a disadvantaged business goal of ten percent (10%) for 1995.

RECOMMENDATION: Send letters to Senators Boxer and Feinstein and to Congressman Riggs emphasizing points 1 to 5 in submitted memo from Farrel Starr, Employment Training Director.

RECOMMENDATION: Nominate Supervisors Kirk and Fulkerson and submit to Governor's Secretary.
RECOMMENDATION: Nominate Supervisor Kirk to apply for Intergovernmental Advisory Committee.

1. Supervisor Dixon presented Supervisor Neely with a plaque for her 1994 Board Chair.† Alex Lieder presented ribbons that the County won for its exhibit at the 1994 State Fair.† Supervisor Dixon presented Lee Millot with a resolution of commendation for her years of service to the County.

RECOMMENDATION: Approve Plan in concept and direct staff to bring back an approval packet.

RECOMMENDATION: In accordance with Resolution No. 1024 there are herewith submitted check registers covering disbursements made during the month of December 1994.
