RECOMMENDATION: Review updated code and direct CAO to file updated code with the Elections Division.

RECOMMENDATION: Adopt resolution; accept new Composting Guide; accept preliminary draft of County Wide Integrated Waste Management Plan and schedule a public hearing between June 15 and August 31, 1995.

3.                   Funding for Integrated Waste Management Program

RECOMMENDATION: Authorize signing of agreements with cities of Arcata, Blue Lake, Eureka, Ferndale, Fortuna, Rio Dell and Trinidad for disbursement of integrated Waste Management Funds.

4.                   Consolidation of Dispatch

RECOMMENDATION: Direct staff to pursue complete consolidation in the 1995-96 Budget.
