A.                  CLOSED SESSION

1.                   Resignation of J. Bruce Rupp, County Administrative Officer

RECOMMENDATION: Accept resignation by a unanimous vote pursuant to conditions.

2.                   Appointment of Chris Arnold as Interim County Administrative Officer (CAO)

RECOMMENDATION: By a unanimous vote, appoint Chris Arnold as interim CAO until further notice effective June 4, 1992 at 8:00 a.m. with a salary increase of ten percent (10%).

B.                  ADJOURNMENT

Any written materials related to an item on this agenda submitted to the Board of Supervisors less than 72 hours prior to the Board meeting, and that are public records subject to the Public Records Act, are available for public inspection in the Office of the Clerk of the Board at 825 5th Street, Suite 111, Eureka (476-2384), during normal business hours.
