A.                  SCHEDULED MATTERS

1.                   Board Deliberation on:Cease and Desist Order, Determination of Administrative Penalties and Alleged Violation of Humboldt County Code Section 391-1 et al, and SMARA Section 2710 et al--CANEVARI TIMBER COMPANY

RECOMMENDATION: BY A UNANIMOUS VOTE, found that there is a violation of the Humboldt County Code relating to zoning and surface mining regulations; and referred the applicant to the County and State "good faith" process for getting into compliance within six (6) months of September 14, 1992.

2.                   Study Session on the Source Reduction and Recycling Element and Household Hazardous Waste Element

RECOMMENDATION: No action required.

C.                  ADJOURNMENT
