Determination of Administrative Penalties and Alleged Violation of Humboldt
County Code Section 391-1 et al, and SMARA Section 2710 et al--CANEVARI TIMBER
RECOMMENDATION: BY A UNANIMOUS VOTE, found
that there is a violation of the Humboldt County Code relating to zoning and
surface mining regulations; and referred the applicant to the County and State
"good faith" process for getting into compliance within six (6)
months of September 14, 1992.
