1.                   Arthur Mayer spoke about the September 27, 1994 Board Order regarding us of helicopters for the use of enforcement of marijuana cultivation laws in the Southern Humboldt area.He was concerned that the report directed to be prepared in said Order has not yet been prepared.Aldo Bongio inquired about the process for removing an item from the consent calendar for the purposes of discussion.
