RECOMMENDATION: Accept subdivision map for recordation.

4.                   Report on Citizens Advisory Committee for Law Enforcement Activities

RECOMMENDATION: Directed Supervisor Fulkerson to meet with Christina Huskey of the local chapter of the American Civil Liberties Union; Patty berg, Chair of the Citizens Advisory Committee to work with law enforcement; and a member of the Grand jury to determine if two law enforcement related committees are necessary; if they can be merged into one; and/or if additional members should be added to the committee that Patty Berg chairs.

5.                   Top Four Rankings for Interview for At-Large Appointment to the Planning Commission

RECOMMENDATION: Interview R. Dorn, M. Gearheart, T. Jordan, and F. Ululani on October 11, 1994.

RECOMMENDATION: Deny the appeal and uphold the Planning Commission's decision.
