RECOMMENDATION: Accept resignation from C.J. Sylvester, and direct Clerk to post vacancy.

RECOMMENDATION: Approve extension to 960 hours.

7.                   Agreement with Eureka Adult School for Providing Classroom Training Instruction in Adult Basic Education, English as a Second Language and GED Preparation

RECOMMENDATION: Authorize Chair to sign agreement for serving GAIN eligible JTPA clients.

8.                   Adding Additional Members to the Whole Child Inter-Agency Council (WCIC)

RECOMMENDATION: Direct County Counsel to prepare a resolution amending composition of WCIC.

9.                   Declaration of Intent Not to Apply for Rural Health Services Program Funding

RECOMMENDATION: Authorize Chair to sign said declaration.

10.               Contract with United Health Services for Mental Health Services

RECOMMENDATION: Authorize Chair to sign contract in the amount of $60,000.
