RECOMMENDATION: Approve exemption.

RECOMMENDATION: Determine to continue participation in the CDBG program.

2.                   Appeal of Administrative Determination that Appellant is Operating a "Public Stable" as Defined by Humboldt County Code and that Use is not Principally Permitted nor Legal Non-Conforming; ROBERT and MARGIE ELLIS, Applicants/Appellants; Indianola Area

RECOMMENDATION: Withdraw from agenda and renotice after applicants have resolved legal issues.
