A.                  SCHEDULED MATTERS

1.                   Request from Yurok Tribe for Support of Increased flows on the Klamath River below Iron Gate to meet the minimum flow needs of the Chinook Salmon

Action:Send letters in support of request to Interior Secretary Norton and to Senator Feinstein

MOTION:Motion to approve.

2.                   Community provider for AB 2034 Program Vietnam Veterans of California, Inc. VVC will provide case management services to AB 2034 enrollees with an emphasis on the homeless mentally ill veteran population.The amount of this agreement will cover the remainder of this fiscal year and fiscal year 2001-2002 and will not exceed $56,467.00.

Action:Approve contract with Vietnam Veterans of California Inc.

B.                  ADJOURNMENT

Documentation includes, but is not limited to, written correspondence, audio and video tapes, maps, photographs, and petitions.
