A.                  SPECIAL SESSION Board of Supervisors

1.                   Denver Nelson to attend as a representative for the Board of Supervisors, the Klamath Hydroelectric Project, FERC Project #2080 relicensing planning meeting May 6-7, 2002 in Ashcroft, California with travel expense reimbursement up to $200.00.

ACTION: Found the need to take action arose after May 1, 2002 agenda was posted; approve attendance by Denver Nelson and travel expense reimbursement up to $200.00 from District 3 Out of County Travel.

MOTION:Motion to Approve.

B.                  CLOSED SESSION

1.                   Conference with Legal Counsel initiation of litigation pursuant to Government Code Section 544956.9(C)

ACTION: Continued to May 7, 2002.

C.                  ADJOURNMENT
