ACTION: Declare that a local state of emergency, per Resolution No. 2000-14, remains in effect until May 6, 2003, allowing the Public Health Branch to continue a needle-exchange program.

2.                   Letter Requesting Appointment of Supervisor Jill Geist as Alternate to the Trinity Adaptive Management Working Group (Supervisor Smith)

ACTION: Authorize Chair to sign the letter.

3.                   Appointment of Jill Geist as an Alternate Member to the Five-County Conservation Plan and Salmon Restoration Commission (Supervisor Smith)

18.               Harger Avigation Easement; Assessor's Parcel No. 511-081-71; McKinleyville Area

ACTION: Accept the Avigation Easement to the County of Humboldt executed by William Patrick Harger for the benefit of the Arcata-Eureka Airport.

19.               Raymond Shannon Overflight Easement; Assessor's Parcel No. 511-122-30, McKinleyville Area

ACTION: Accept the Overflight Easement to the County of Humboldt executed by Raymond Shannon for the benefit of the Arcata-Eureka Airport.

20.               Request to Set Hearing Date for Unmet Transportation Needs

ACTION: Schedule a public hearing on Tuesday, May 13, 2003, at 1:30 p.m.

21.               Supplemental Lease Agreement with the Transportation Security Administration for Break Room Space and Office Space at the Arcata-Eureka Airport

ACTION: Authorize Chair to sign and initial the supplemental lease agreement.

22.               Supplemental Budget in Sheriff's Budget 1100 243 to Pay for Upgrade to Electronic Door in Correctional Facility
