ACTION: Find the conditions of the property of the subject premises constitute a public nuisance.  Order the property owner to abate said nuisance by May 15, 2004.  Order that, in the event such abatement is not commenced, prosecuted, and completed by the property owner within the terms set by the Board, that the Code Enforcement Unit shall be empowered and authorized to abate such nuisance, and shall return to the Board for its consideration of an appropriation to abate such nuisance, and that the costs of abatement shall become a lien on the subject property.
