Purpose/Goal:
- Provide a road map that integrates goals of major initiatives, identifies service gaps, prioritizes needs for future funding initiatives.
- Track funding and grant initiatives that may target these needs.
- Develop funding application with integrated development teams.
- Develop integrated information regarding Humboldt County to be used in funding application by branches and/or DHHS.
